The classical use of the Lat Bar Cable Attachment Active Gym is for vertical thrust, but it can also be used for other exercises such as horizontal thrust on the back or the rear deltoid muscles, crossover application, and the different grip (wide, narrow, reverse wide) provides a different load. The lever is equipped with a swiveling suspension, has a chrome finish, and the armrests are made of solid rubber.
