This Life Fitness cardio device is an innovation in fitness equipment - it provides access to the Internet during a workout. The cross trainer allows sportsmen to adjust the length of the foot and the program during a workout. The smooth movement brings the effects of running without straining the joints. The FlexStrider is easy to use and predisposed to perform high and low intensive workouts. The Discover™ SI Tablet Console offers a 10" LCD touchscreen, a variety of entertainment options, an Internet connection, interactive Lifescape™ courses, a connection to the LFconnect™ platform and many other fitness applications.
