This Life Fitness Cable station allows you to do everything from traditional strength training to workout training. Through its Cable Motion G5 technology, optimized drawbar areas, and the moveable bench, the G5 allows an infinite variety of innovative functional strength exercises in a compact design.

• Cable Motion allows a practically unlimited variety of exercises, training more muscle fibers and more muscle groups simultaneously, unlike traditionally fixed exercises. 
• Quick Connect and plug-ins make movement and the transition between exercises quick and easy. 
• Movements –  The mobile bench allows advanced exercise options. Three zones with a rotating roller optimally positioned. They give maximum variety and ease of movement to strengthen the upper body, lower body, and torso. 
• Easy and safe adjusting of weights – the weight gain system is integrated into the upper plate. The simple rotation of the disc allows users to choose a weight of 2.5 kg (5 lbs), 5 kg (10 lbs) or 7.5 lbs (15 lbs) to gradually increase the resistance. 
• Self-lubricating bushings for weights to minimize noise and friction. Magnetic pin for easy and safe adjustment. The weight gain system offers a gradual increase in resistance.
• Frame and construction – the steel frame guarantees maximum structural integrity. Standard rubber feet protect the base of the frame and prevent the machine from slipping. Each frame is powder-coated to ensure maximum durability.
• Cables and Pulleys – 7 X 19 threaded structure, lubricated, nylon cable cover meets military specifications in the United States. 4 ½ "and 6" diameter fiberglass, Fiberglass impregnated rollers help to lock the bearings. 
• Hands –  An extruded thermosetting compound that is not absorbent and durable. Aluminum handles to protect against slipping and dropping. 
• Step platforms – all stages are made of rubber, with slip-resistant texture. 
• Upholstery –  high-quality Naugahyde® vinyl used on all upholstered pads. Contour cushions for better comfort and stamina. 
• Paint –  electrostatic powder coating with transparent finishing coating for improved appearance and color protection.
• Instructional boards – color 2D instructional boards with large graphics and fonts.
