Hip Abductor is great equipment for training the hip muscles. This device is equipped with a ratcheting mechanism that allows users to adjust their starting position gradually with an increase of 10 degrees. Designed with two support steps, it reinforces the support and keeps the hip secure.

Basic functions:

• Starter mechanism – 5-position adjustable starter mechanism
• Seat adjustment – seat adjustment with gas for quick and easy adjustment
• Movements –  Adjusting the range of movement is easy and accessible from sitting, in steps of 10 degrees. The range of movement of both arms can be independent for each arm, allowing users to choose the desired range of motion. The axles are tailored to the user's natural movements. This contributes to comfort during training.
• Easy and safe weights adjustment –  the weight gain system is integrated into the upper plate. A simple rotation of the disc allows users to choose a weight of 2.5 kg (5 lbs), 5 kg (10 lbs) or 7.5 lbs (15 lbs) to gradually increase the resistance
• Self-lubricating bushings – for weights to minimize noise and friction. Magnetic pin for easy and safe adjustment.
• Frame and construction – the steel frame guarantees maximum structural integrity
• Standard rubber feet pad protect the base of the frame and prevent the machine from slipping. Each frame is powder-coated to ensure maximum durability.
• Cables and Pulleys 7 X 19 – threaded structure, lubricated, nylon cable cover meets military specifications in the United States. 4 "and 6" diameter fiberglass, Fiberglass rolled impellers, help to lock the bearings.
• Hand grips – an extruded thermosetting compound that is not absorbent and durable. Aluminum handles to protect against slipping and dropping.
• Stage platforms – all leg platforms are rubber-coated, with a slip-resistant texture
• Upholstery – high-quality Naugahyde® vinyl used on all upholstered pads. Contour cushions for better comfort and stamina.
• Paint – electrostatic powder coating with transparent finishing coating for improved appearance and color protection
• Instructional boards – colorful 2D study boards with large graphics and fonts that help users perform each exercise properly.
