TechnoGym Seated Leg Curl Selection Pro Series is used for muscle training in the back of thighs. Seated Leg Curl is the perfect choice for treating and preventing joint and muscle problems in your knees. Resistance is provided by weights that allow the load to be adjusted to suit each type of user. The double roll pad reduces the load and minimizes the possibility of a knee extension.

• The seat and backrest are ergonomic – the backrest provides stabilization and isolation of the pelvis and rear muscles, and the shaped seat enhances stability and comfort. They help improve coordination and take a proper physiological posture during exercise.
• Hand grips – Neutral grip allows for a variety of movements and ensures proper fit for each user.
• Double roll pad – contributes to stability and includes muscles effectively throughout the exercise. Helps to reduce load and minimizes the possibility of knee sprains.
• VISUAL SET UP – Using clear yellow markers, even the most inexperienced user can easily set the device to the right position for training. You can easily set the machine directly from the drill position so that you can customize your training without having to move.
